Candidate must be familiar with common Roleplay rules.
Candidate must be willing to obey chain of command.

ASAS TRAINING PHASES and TESTS
In order to be selected the candidate must earn 5 badges during his training. A badge will be given at the successful completion of each phase for a total of 5 badges. The candidate will be tested on the following:
Phase 1: GENERAL KNOWLEDGE
Candidate will be tested on general Ultima Online knowledge, application of their skills, and how they can better the Agency.
Phase 2: INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCE
Candidate will be tested on the ability to fight, act, and carry himself as an individual in different environments.
Phase 3: TEAM PERFORMANCE
Candidate will be tested on his ability to act as a team. To include cross healing, syncing shots (archery), basic communication, recon, and break contact drills.
Phase 4: TARGETING AND SECURITY
Candidate will be tested on his ability to successfully navigate long distances without being detected. Also the ability to choose, set in, and construct defensive positions to defend against opposing forces that out number him. Targeting methods will be taught and tested in practical applications, such as engaging the local population to gather information.
PHASE 5: ROBIN SAGE
Robin Sage is a field exercise event that incorporates all phases of training and is graded on a base by base situation. By this point the candidate is expected to be proficient in their skills (work diligently towards GM'ing your skills) and understand how to work in team. The candidates will be given a mission, and told to execute. They will be observed in every aspect and a final decision will be made at the end of whether they are a non-select, or they are SELECTED!
